Thanks for sharing your inspiring story about Padre Pio.

I want to share mine also. It’s cold morning here in Canada and doing nothing I googled about Padre Pio’s shrine in the Philippines, and read your story about your prayers.

Padre Pio is truly a great spiritual father and I have asked him to look after my whole family as his spiritual children. I always ask his guidance for simple things like looking for missing stuff and lo and behold I can find them. I have ordered some relics and will give them to my sisters and brothers in the Philippines and will tell them to visit the shrine in Libis.

Right now, I am asking his intercession to give us healing and help me find the right job for me. I know this will happen because of my faith, hope and trust in God.

I also want your readers to include the Poor Souls in Purgatory especially Padre Pio’s parents: Grazio and Giuseppa Forgione in their daily prayers.

But the most significant was when I suffered from excruciating shoulder pain for unknown reason that I cant move my arm and felt the numbness and coldness as if no blood is flowing through my veins. As my son massaged my arm and shoulder with the oil from Kamay ni Hesus Church and saying Padre Pio's name to intercede for me..to heal me coz I can hardly tolerate the pain (mind u ...I have a super high pain threshold..that means when I felt the pain...it is really painful) as if I want to die at that moment ...lo and behold after a couple of days...the pain is subsiding as if nothing happened...Then I remembered there is no pain like what Jesus felt when He bear the cross to the Calvary...Padre Pio is indeed a healer and a Great One! I felt something unusual upon hearing miraculous stories made by Padre Pio from one of the show host. It was Monday morning and start of Holy Week, before that I was already planning to make a Bisita Iglesia since it was my first time to spent Holy Week here in Manila. Then, someone just whispered that I should visit Padre Pio Chapel in Libis instead of going to other places. It was a goosebump, and my heart is beating so fast... there is an indescribable feeling... it is so strange.. Lunchtime, I asked my officemate if she knew about Padre Pio Chapel in Libis.. she told me a lot of beautiful things about the chapel, the relief that it has given her during her visit... I became more and more excited to go there... so I googled how to go to Padre Pio Chapel. Upon researching the net, Ive open ur blog.. and read it. Wow, it is so inspiring.. not because of the granted prayers but the happiness Padre Pio Chapel have given a lot of people. I want to experience the same happiness and fulfillment.. Im not asking Him to give me the same thing Padre Pio have given to others... all I want is to visit Padre PIo Chapel and ask him to take good care of my loved ones... Now.. I’ve always known Padre Pio since i was in 4th year highschool. and from then i realized is he talking to me. Did god want me to go to his chapel and maybe miracle and my prayers would be answered. That i would only in time.

I’ll be going tommorow. I hope for his response in my prayers for my love, for his recovery.

Sept. 23rd also happens to be my mother's birthday and my anniversary here in the US. I started to know Padre Pio also when I saw him featured on Rated K.
